Who are we?!....
BodyMOT Systems was designed 4 years ago and trading under the Green Gym Company until March 2008 when it became a Company in it’s own right.
This was generally based on the huge success rate of clients and athletes and interest in Companies, Sole Traders and Sports Clubs to employ these skills within their Clubs.
What do we specialise in?...
From 1993 to present the Managing Director has worked with Olympic Athletes, attending Atlanta Olympics in 1996 as a Fitness Coach to develop and implement training and monitoring templates that have not only educated the athletes but brought the Athletes in to the top ranking of their discipline.
Our Systems...
Have all been approved by Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists, Chiropractors and Doctors. These systems are Trade Marked and Copy Written to our Company, there is nothing like this in the World!
