  Yes, you will need to follow a prerequisite to ensure your body is in a neutral state when you come

  for the Analysis. It’s very easy to follow!

2. Do I need to where special clothing?

  Not really, just loose comfortable clothing.

3. Can you come to my home/office and complete the BodyMOT Lifestyle Analysis?

  Yes we can. Providing you are within a 10 mile radius, there is no extra charge.

4. Is there any restrictions on age or can anyone have the BodyMOT Lifestyle Analysis?

  There are only a few special conditions where the Lifestyle Analysis could not be fully completed.

5.   Can my friend and I have the BodyMOT Lifestyle Analysis completed together?

  Absolutely and you both get a discount of the individual price too!

6. Will I have all I need to begin efficient and manageable lifestyle changes individual to me?

  Yes. Each Lifestyle Analysis Programme is written to meet your every need, all the reasons why you

7.  Are there any other tests like your BodyMOT Lifestyle Analysis’s?

  No, we have protected what we do and are unique in everything way. We spent 7 years putting the

  profiling together to ensure we looked into every reason as to why someone might be at risk of injury

  and ill health.
