The Cell Requirements from your Nutrition

This diagram is a schematic representation of nutritional delivery the required by our bodies to create locomotion, energy, waste products, heat and life.

First phase; carbohydrates, protein and fat entering the body... feeding life itself.  Second phase; reactive 'breakdown' of food where the food groups, otherwise know as 'macronutritionals' are broken down into smaller nutrients called 'micronutritionals'.
It is at this level the micronutritionals do the most important role... they rebuild what the body has lost. Within a two year period every single cell in our body is new, it is down to the quality of our nutritional intake that ensures the new cells are built at the highest quality.  Therefore, allowing us to rebuild what has been lost free from disease or degeneration.
Take a closer look at this diagram:  When food is ingested there are specific needs for the food to fulfil, for this example we shall be looking at how macronutritionals are converted into energy.  At the very bottom of the process B2, B3, CoQ10, Iron (Fe) and Copper (Cu) are the micronutients you need for energy, however, if you are low on these you WILL struggle with your energy levels.
There are certain foods and lifestyle habits that strip the body of certain micronutrients of which we shall discuss at a later date.
Cellular Nutrition is a Science... but it's not 'rocket science'!  This is how simple it is!
